We are an export-focused business-to-business (B2B) supplier of hygiene, personal care, and consumer products. We serve buyers, importers, distributors, and trade partners in every country and territory worldwide. This Policy is written to apply globally: wherever you are located, it describes how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain your personal information, and the rights available to you.
This Policy applies when you:

  • submit an enquiry, Request for Quotation (RFQ), sample request, or contact form;

We are a B2B export supplier of hygiene, personal care, and consumer products serving trade buyers worldwide.

This Policy applies to all interactions with the Site, including enquiries, RFQ submissions, newsletter sign-ups, and communications via email, telephone, or WhatsApp. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

 

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate our business:

  • Business contact details: name, job title, company, country, email, and phone/WhatsApp number.
  • Enquiry and order details: products, quantities, specifications, and trade terms you provide.
  • Communications: records of correspondence by any channel.
  • Marketing preferences: email and subscription choices for opt-in communications.
  • Automatically collected data: IP address (approximate location), browser/device type, pages visited, and session data via cookies and analytics tools.
